One of the worst Internet services providing companies, I have to say it now.
I have a connenction from nearly last 10 months, UserId 378932865544, My connection is not working from nearly last 9 days. I am making calls to Costumer Care Center 3 times in a day from last 5 days it makes 15 calls in total till yesterday. Everytime executive says “24 ghanto me ho jayega, thodi der tak thehar jaiye”, It makes me laugh and also makes me angry to hear same Dialouges from all the customer care executives.
Today from the morning I have made 4 calls, its details are as follow:
1) Didn’t know the name of the executive, after making the conversation she mute the call and I had to cut the call
2) Irshad Khan was the executive, He made nearly 10 minutes of the conversation and was saying same dialogues mentioned above. I asked him to transfer the call to the senior, He asked me to hold on the call, I waited for 40 minutes but I was just able to listen RELIANCE RINGTONE only. I could not reach Senior Executive till 50 minutes.
3) Wahid Iqbal, he was also again and again saying same dialogues, I have recorded all these calls, asked them that if I make any complaint against Reliance Broadband, will it make any difference to you? they told we cannot say any particular time of resolving so I cannot help from here.!!! THEN WHAT IS THE DUTY OF COSTUMER CARE EXECUTIVE??!!
4) Samar Sheikh, Same as first call, after conversation of 5-7 minutes she put my call on mute and I had to cut the call.!!
They also know what is the issue. Power line has been cut due to failure of Bill Payment.!!!
If they are not able to pay bills on time how they can provide services to their Customers???!!
Realy very angry now on this.
