Reliance Broadband Is not working since 22 march 2013 In advance rental

I am Using reliance netconnect from last year, every time i faced problem in connecting the device. but from 22th march i facing some serious problem in my connectivity of the internet..when i connect to network after 3 minutes connectivity lost though my device is still connected but i can’t open a single page, its hang over there for hours,if i have to work then i have to connect again,so then i can work for next three minutes then again connectivity lost. I complaint this to there call representive on 2nd april and they also note a complaint but there is no serious action taking towards this..and they said it should resolved in five days..Due to this failure i lost my auction and bears a heavy loss in my business. so therfore i need a compensation towards my lost and netconnect device money..I just fedup from there services and complaint. they take advance rental and not providing service after that..

    Dear reliance, as per your instructions i went to check up my device in your reliance office,they check it fully and told me that your device is perfectly alright there is no issues with your device so kindly re-complaint your problem to them. So are you playing games with me. what the hell you are doing, my issues are not solved yet…there is continous connectivity problems in my device.so try to solve this right now…or either i go in court for some written complaints against your fraud issues..
