Reliance Broadband internet service

I have internet broadband connection from Reliance Broadband.
My user id is 256929242624
Please note that My internet was not working from 1st June;13 and I have complaint on same day but no response from them.Later I request to customer care on 4th June’2013 to disconnect service and till today they are not responding and even i called them later 4 to 5 times and request for disconnection..but they are not responding..Kindly help me and do the needful.
