Name of company/service: Reliance Communications
I am using Reliance Broadband connection from more than 15 months but now i m having a Login problem on the site www.reliancebroadband.co.in with my user ID and password.
I hav called customer care and technical department for more than 50 times but i have not got any solution.
They have taken many complaints but all of no use. their engineer also came at my home but went without giving any solution and when i call him he says wait i am calling back but he hasn’t called till now.
This service is just worst.
Can this consumer forum help me??
