I (USER ID- 337356181353) AM A CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE BROADBAND SINCE LAST MORE THAN ONE YEAR. BUT I HAVE DENIED OF SERVICES SINCE 14 JULY 2014 WHEN I RAISED OF PROBLEM WITH RELIANCE. SINCE THEN I AM REPEATEDLY RAISING MY PROBLEM BUT NOTHING TAKING PLACE. THE UNFORTUNATE PART OF ENTIRE HISTORY IS THAT THE BILL HAS BEEN SENT CONTINUOUSLY.
I PERSONALLY TRIED AT MY LEVEL TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOT DONE IT. I HOPE THE CONSUMER FORUM WOULD HELP IN THIS REGARD IN QUICK SUCCESSION.
