As per their scheme on https://reliancedigitaltv.com/home.html, I made a pre booking payment of Rs.499 on 20 March 2018. But till date no one contacted me. I tried sending emails to customer care but no reply from their end. Also tried complaining using contact us feature of the website. Again no reply from their end. It is clearly mention on the website that maximum time duration from booking to installation is 30 to 45 days. It is more than 4 months now and nothing happened. My Payment ID: 183279866
