This is Ravi Singh taken reliance big tv connection in year 2011 .that time they had given me three month subscription free .after that i recharge for one month subscription but now they had finished my service before due date .i called their customer care they told me that you had not call and inform us that you had taken one year subscription that why we had closed your service
