Reliance BIG TV activations are not done but collected the money

I have renewed my anual dimond subscription where we will get one regional package (Telugu) for free. The money is dedcuted in may 2012 and after that they have deducted Rs 33/- per month for my telugu pack and in July suspended the telugu pack. When I ask them back I been told that some issue with the code they entered so it is charged the money and they don’t have a option to refund the money. To correct it I have to recharge with Rs 20/- and no other option. Even after recharging they keep on ask me to call back after one hour as their systems are slow.
Since we paid for the set off boxes and annual subscriptions I am not able to disconnect them and in the same we have to keep recharge.
Saraswathi is one agent who said she will activate in one hour as soon as applications are up and running but she didn’t acivated in even after one day.
Divya (67000584) anoter representative said the same thing on July 14th and when I insisted her and expressed my disappointment then she said she activated and it takes 15 more mins to reflect.
Pleaes take the neccessary action so that people like will not suffer with these kind of services.
