Since February 2013 the reliance broadnet services are having outage problem across Pune and there has been no solution provided till now. Everytime when I call the customer care for the services they provide the new resolution date. At first it was given 22 March, then 31st March, later 10th April. On further contacting it was mentioned as 20th April then 30th April and now it is 7th May which they are not sure off.
On asking them to note down the complaint they respond “as there is network outage the complaint cannot be registered”.
I have escalated it to the customer care officers by email and on call but no solution has been provided. Apart from the cutomer care executives keep the call on hold for 30 mins.
The billing department is generating the bills for evey month but the services are not there and while talking to the billing department they are saying that “you will have to pay the bill because the waiver cannot be provided”. The officers that I have spoken to our irresponsible and dont even care to call the customers after taking the numbers. The senior officials like Mr Imtiaz Khan, Mr Milind More have accepted the problems in services.
At one end we have Reliance who is not at all worried about the services and there is network outage since last 3 months and at the other end we have Blackberry who are using all the social network to let their customers know that they are having problems and will be resolved in a day and updating the status through the social networking websites.
On not paying the bill for the month of April the services were terminated stating the non – payment of bill. How can one expect a customer to pay the bill for the serices that he has not used.
