On 29 March I applied for reliance broadband connection at my home and same day i got response from reliance stating that they would install my connection within next 5 working days but till 10 April 2014 there was no update on my connection from reliance side. While i reached to their customer care executive and appellate authority they keep giving me assurance of wait, and due to this delay i have applied for cancellation of my connection request and ask for return of my money on 16 Apr 2014 but again same as installation reliance people keep giving me same assurance of wait instead of returning my money immediately. At last on 24th i got new assurance that i would get my money within next 15 days but again as usual reliance again failed to do the same and when i called their appellate authority they gave me new assurance to wait for two more days. Now it almost 2 months and i see no hope of my money refund from reliance side.
Now it seems that reliance looted me, as from every angle it does not look that reliance is even thinking to return my money.
Reliance Team – If you work on these complain then please take a look on this issue else i have to sue reliance for all my financial losses and mental agony which i got in last two months. My details are as below

I would suggest people not to choose reliance broadband ever else they have face the same situation….which i am facing.
