I am a very old customer of Reliance Communications, and I must say I am highly disappointed with their service. I own a land line telephone and an internet connection from them.
I must say, I face disconnection every month, or alternate months. Every time, I am being told its a fiber cut and the disconnection lasts for at least a week, sometimes more than that. And every time, I am being told that a permanent solution is applied so I won’t face disconnection the next time.
However, every time I used to get a waiver from them regarding the disconnection as per TRAI norms.
This time, however, my connection was not working from 9th April to 15th April, for which I had applied for a waiver (request no. 201992149). I got an intimidation from them that the request will not be processed and rejected it. When I contacted the customer care they told me that they reported usage during that period. To which, I simply told them that I didn’t have access to the connection itself to use it.
They then told me to write them a mail, I even did that. Its been 5 days since I sent them the e-mail, still no response from their side!
