my simcard application with my three other friends has been rejected because of the change in DoT priciples wef 1st july 2012.
we are underage and purchased 4 loop mobile, mumbai simcard from loop mobile gallery. and he assured us that the application is acceptable after knowing we were underage he did not inform about the new DoT law and when we talk to customer care they say they can’t help us and the same reply we get from the loop mobile gallery.
Please take some strict action against them.
