Sir/madam,
I ordered weighing machine from Snapdeal online shopping. I received it broken so I return that balance on address in which the Snapdeal mail mentioned also mail tth courier receipt on same day on 25/11/14. But still I have not received the payment of courier receipt. I ask 3times in week abt this but they people only says I fwd ur issue.
So please suggest me what I have to do.
