Reimbursement against Mediclaim Policy

Sir/Madam
I have a Mediclaim Policy for my family under The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. called “Happy Family Floater” and my recent Policy No. 322301/48/2013/591 . My wife Mrs. Papri Saha got admitted on 10-08-12 and i have intimated to the Insurance Co. & E-Meditek regarding the admission . After release from Nemcare Hospital, Guwahati I have submitted all medical bills in original to E-Meditek, Guwahati on DT:04-09-12. Form this date i never received any calls or post or email regarding the status of my claim. Then on 1st week of October’12 i reached their office regarding the status of my claim they told me they need previous year Policy copy according i submitted all copies they required for settlement of my claim. After that the things got repeated again there was no calls or even mail or post against the status of my claim.Then on 15-12-2012 i wrote i letter to E-Meditek regarding the status of my claim, but there was no response then on 28-12-2012 they issued me a letter that the cannot be disbursed for payment as they previous 2 year policy required for this type of claim.

I am really unhappy with E-Meditek for their services.

Kindly revert me if anything can be done regarding my claim.
