reg:unnecessary deductions & negligence of customer’s complaint

Hi ,

There is a Net Pack 5 activated on my cell phone ,which is not even GPRS compatible , Rs 5 is getting deducted every day & it is a auto renewable pack,when spoke to Customer care they gave an excuse that i have activated,which is just not the case.

I spoke to their supervisor ,he gave me a code which is just not working & now when I am trying to get connected to them,i am being disconnected.

I also tried to deactivate the DND but its also giving me issues.

I am highly disappointed by their behaviour & feel cheated.

Pls do something about it, this is just not accepted.
