Dear Sir / Madam,
With reference to complaint No. SR 1-32409694304, dated 30/07/2012. Balance of Rs.41 has been deducted by Uninor from my mobile No. 9219256532. This thing has also been taken place in the month of May 2012, complaint No. SR(1-29680884068) and my money was lost.
This time also they are saying that they will not refund the amount.
They are regularly doing such fraudulent activities to hassle a regular customer, where should a customer like me go in such circumstances?
DND is already activated on my mobile but still they gives the marketing calls on my No. They doesn’t value the DND system.
Request you to please help me and stop this exploitation.
