Location/place: Visakhapatnam

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular

I just moved to the Idea network from Docomo through MNP. I submitted all my documents and the dealer has not submitted the documents. My sim got blocked from 01/08/12 till to dat and if I am calling the dealer or the customer care, they were not responding to me in a proper manner. Due to this issue I am loosing all my calls from my company and I am receiving escalations.
