I have purchase hp laptop in 12/2012 and they given 1 year warrenty but right now they are telling me your laptop is out of warrenty so please take some strong action against HP. I have purchase laptop from croma anna NAGAR CHENNAI PH 09962208498.my contact no is 9771384108
