Regarding wrong given to customer by the customer care

Hey i made a call to the customer care regarding to ask for blackout days for sms the executive said me that 13,14,15 November will be the blackout days so i recharged my account with on 12th nov sms pack of 6rs and when i send sms then my 48 rs balance was deducted due to the wrong information given by the customer care if there was blackout day on 12then executive did not feel important to give the information and u should also did not activate sms packs but u activated it then what should the customer do he is cheated and u dont have ussds for seeing blackout days so i am requesting u to refund my 56rs balance as soon as possible as it was not our fault from any view or i will have to take neccessary actions and go in consumer forum and lodge a case against u
