Regarding unusual balance deduction

With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel I’m an active customer of Airtel from last 14 years but this time I’m very disappointed with their unusual balance deduction by activating service named SPUULMOVIES on 22/4/2018 and deducted ₹100 for it and when I got information about this service by contacting costumer care they said this service is activated by your phone through web browser but I’m not using any multimedia phone for this sim and I don’t activated any service this sim is inserted in Samsung Guru phone form past 3 years when I said this to executive then they told I used this sim in Intex Aqua y2 phone for activating this service. I want my money back in any how please help me I didn’t active any service please believe me Airtel no. Is 9928234428
