Name of company/service: DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd.

I had sent my shipment by DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. from Kalyan to Banglore on 04-01-2013. The Booking was done by Kalyan Dtdc booking office. I had paid for the next day delivery of the shipment which is know as the Dtdc Plus Service.The Shipment is not delivered till today i.e 07-01-13 Morning & my client who needed it urgently didn’t not receive it on time & cancelled the ordered due to this poor service i had loss of Rs.10,000. I even tried contacting higher officials either they did not receive the phone or there mobiles were switched off. I had faced the same situation in the month of November.
The Consignment No. for shipment is V11321896. I request the company to look into the matter & Pay for the Loss.

SIR,
I SAI PRASAD iam using reliance internet services the modem number is 9390637512 i had lost my data card inthe month september, 2012 and i have visited the reliance customer service to deactive the modem .They said that the card already had stoped the services . So i have taken the matter simply but now i got lawyer notice to pay the bill amount of 1200/- rupees i had received the lawyer notice from the reliance services the lawyer name is L.V.Vijay shanker &Associates
