I Mr Rakesh kumar singh working as research scholar neurology dept aiims new Delhi. I have send some medicine through speed post to my relative Mr. Gopal singh village Katori ,post kesari shikohabad up pin code -205131 from the post office ansari nagar new Delhi pin code-110029 , when the speed post NO.ED55126562 9 IN deliverd to kesari post office the post man smt.rajani katheriya very carelessly treat that speed post and write on speed post envelope that the deliver mr.gopal has been dead and revert that speed post again back to ansari nagar post office new delhi so what will be the effect on the patient mind ,this is true that the patient Mr.Gopal is suffering from high blood pressure .so I am requesting to honorable consumer court to please do necessary action against the post man kesari shikohabad firoja bad up.smt.rajani katheria.
