my name is bhadresh kapadia and i had purchased a eureka forbes enhance RO water purifier on 20/july/2011. it was giving problems in 3 months or so and i complaint to them.they told that i having pressure problem at my home and adviced to change the filter.i did that and now on 19/june/2012 i called them to service the purifier as the water was coming very slow.they sent a training person and i dont know what he did that now my purifier is not working at all.i called them again regarding this they are saying that i have to change another filter whose costs is Rs.3800 but my purifier is in warranty.
so please look into the matter and solve my problem.
