regarding refunding of mobille balance

i am udit kumar mahato .my mobile number is 9608867679 my account balance was about rs. 782.but on18/09/2014 i got three messages from reliance (1)-amount charged for vas sms rs.3.( 2)ammount charge for nazara gsm rs.99.(3)here is your code-6382 to play game. but i never sent such type of messages to activate that vas .To refunding the mobile balance i talked to the customer care. but they are forcely said me that you have sent a request to activate vas. but i have not done this. so i request you please try to got refund my mobile balance..
