I have order a product through online from www.timtara.com.My order Id:10263704,I have order this product on 30/05/2012 but they have not deliver the product till 01/08/2012 so i had cancelled my order then also they are not refunding the amount into my a/c till yet.I wrote a notice to the company CCO & registered a complain that Id:35640.The amount of refund amount is Rs.10,495.00/- & i used to call the customer care daily from 20/06/2012 but they are not providing solutions till yet.Do not know what to do now?Please help me out for this.The company customer support no.0135-3051500,6670700,Company registered address:Infosecure Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.,B-26 second Floor , Sector 8,Noida,Uttar Pradesh-201301,India.Please take the issue ans solve it as soon as possible.I hope that you will come up with possitive sound results.
