Dear sir.
With respect, I would like to say that I booked a ticket through IRCTC dated 21-Dec-12 with PNR No: 2342213920. As the train was running late by more than 12 hours, I have cancelled my journey on 22-Aug-12 using the IRCTC clause (Train was running more than 3 hours) and I have not traveled,After multiple reminder from our side still they have not refund the amount to my account
Please find the below the response received from IRCTC, I need favour get my refund back to my account.
