I have bought three items from Yepme.com for Rs. 772. My order no. is 7199862. I had made the payment from my debit card. But when the order arrives it contains only two items.The bill is also wrong.It shows Rs. 772 for only 2 items and the calculation is wrong there.I refuses to receive my order and applied to the company for refund of my money. I have made complaint and requested for my moneyback on 13 June 2014. But Today is 7 July 2014 and I didnot get my money back till today.My complaint no. is 752155.The company said that the money will be refunded in 14 days but today is over 14 days and I didnot receive my money till today. I have again made a complaint on 2 July 2014 for refund of my money and the complaint no. is 805592. Please sort my problem as soon as possible and return my money.
