Regarding Recharge amount

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

Dear sir,
I am mirari. User of tata docomo telecom service amdhra pradesh location. last night i was recharge my mobile with STV 19 through which is applicable to reduce in net call tariff. But i am not getting benefits of that offer. and while taking to customer care they are telling that i will not get benefits of that offer because of i am already using another offer. I was ask him for return my money i.e. RS. 19 because there is no any terms and condition comes at the time of online recharge. But they refused that there is no any option for return amount.

Please help me.
