Regarding my phone which is not repaired till date more than 2 months.

I purchased Micromex phone in A102 Doodle III and after the 4 months it have complaint with motherboard as per the statement of company authorized personal at service center but after the 2 months they again told me that it will take another 15 days for impairment. is that justified that one mobile phone take more then 2 months
