I had taken loan from hdfc bank 5 years back in pune, Today I am in miraj dist sangli and I had no job for last 3 years, currently i am working at a small firm having salary of 4000/- pm , the bank manager is forcing me to the installment of 4250 pm, Sir please help me how can i pay them when my earning is less than their demand, please look into this matter,
The bank that never intimated earlier about this payment in past, and suddenly they are forcing me against 138 act of non bal warrant?, I am ready to repay them as per my earning that is 500/- pm which i can afford today as i am the only working person at my home . so please help me
