REGARDING NOT GIVE BENEFITS OF TARIFF BY AIRCEL COMPANY

Location/place: Bhubanesmar, Odisha

Name of company/service: AIRCEL

Sir on 10/7/13 I got the following sms in my mobile no. 9658341365 from Odisha Aircel company “BEST TARIFF with AIRCEL: Recharge with Rs.32 &enjoy Local A2A [email protected]/3s (24p/min), A2O & STD [email protected]/2s (36p/min) for 60 days. Recharge Now. After received this sms from company I recharge my above no with Rs.32 but after passed away of 17 days my mobile no has not yet activated under the tariff. On contacting to their customer care official as well as to their senior official no action taken to till date. They are tell me that the offer was only for new customers. But in above sms there was not mention its for new customer. As the sms is sent to my mobile no. I also eligible for this plan but till now company has not responding my requests. Plz take appropriate action about the carelessness of company.
