I have purchase a product from Online Rediff Shoppig on Order No: 7252441 Date:15/07/2012. I pay the the product amount of Rs. 349 through SBI net banking. After that and email from Rediff Shopping came to me giving the following information that your order no.-7252441 is approved and dispatched with courier-TNT with consignment No.-805643658. On date 05/08/2012 customer care of Rediff shopping inform me that your order is delaying due to some technical problem. It will reach to you within 2-3 days. But the above mentioned product is not deliver to me till date. After consulting to Rediff Shopping customer care over toll free no. they inform me that your order has been cancelled without giving any proper reason.
The above order is highly valuable to me as I purchase the product to gift someone for the special day. It will give me a moral loss on the occasion. I want the refund of my money with the interest having my moral loss and the mental torture for the product. I have also spend a valuable time to call the customer care of Rediff shopping and TNT courier service to inquire about my product.
I hope I got a true justice. Thanking you Sir.
