i have bought a car skoda rapid registration number CG10FA6561 on 23rd march 2012 from grand motors bilaspur (c.g.) . just after 2 months the car is showing major defects like its parts are not working and the grand motors bilaspur don’t have its own service station and sent our car to raipur service station of skoda .now it is being 15 days from the date when my car broke down on the highway and was taken away by them but no satisfing answer is being given by grand motors neither from skoda india company . initially they told us that only one part is defective and they will replace it by another piece but now they are telling that some more parts are defective. i just want this car to be exchanged by another car of same model by skoda company as i have bought thje car for my convinence and not for keeping it in the service station and to get no answers from skoda.
i kindly request consumer forum to help me in getting justice soon . thanking you
