regarding new connection of idea

dear sir ,

this is to complain that i had applied for porting the existing airtel no into idea and for postpaid connection of idea on 24/4/12 at vidyadar nagar branch they assured me that i will get the connection in 4-5 days till date i have not received any information on this and when i m trying the customer care they are saying that they have no information regarding this and the employess [mr lokesh ]in vidyadar nagar branch have stopped picking the phone after this careless attitude should i cancel my application and ask for my refund or any one can help me because what i can presume is idea people have no idea how to respect new customer kindly revert me back else i have to cancel this .
