respected sir,
this is shivam here from Bangalore..
on 29 of November i got the MSG ON MY NO. 8892899694 that “recharge with 250 and get full TT an 30 local/STD min+unlimited net”
i rechargeD my no that day only i.e 8892899694
i got the full balance i got the 30 min of local and STD
but still now net hasn’t been activated on my no.
i have complaint against this but didn’t got any satisfactory response
complaint no was PSMR12046047.
and even your customer care representative are not giving me any proper response..
some are saying that currently there are 5 plans active on my no. but in my knowledge only 2 plans are active i.e 52rs SMS plan and 129rs STV plan
i don’t know from where those guys are saying that i have recharged with 197/53/45 and many much more things they are saying..and they are not ready to activate my unlimited net plan..so there is request to you that kindly check my correct details and provide me the benefit of unlimited net for 1 month..and also the validity of that plan should expire on the 1 month after the activating date..so please go through it..and please provide me my net…
