I am not happy with the services and even the response on support call for my query,

booked orders got failed. Customer service executives are saying i can not used my citibank voucher in other orders.

Website has clearly options called Modify Shopping Cart but that doesnot work at all, as payment status is failed wanted to change shoping cart with better options.

To pay the payment of remaining 353 rs Payment gateways says:

Possible Reasons:

Invalid credential.

Service executives are saying they cant do any thing manually. Its really matter of ashamed for such a non tested website.

if you can do my favor can you please cancel my order.I don’t want my 1000rs cash voucher by wasting continuous time over phone and mail from yesterday.
