Regarding missbehavior of CC Idea

Respected Sir/Madam,

I respect to say that, I am very fed up with the behavior of Idea Customer Care Executive.
After my humble request, they are stick on same point regarding late payment charges.
Actually the point is, I have given late payment of the idea bill for the month of April 2012 on 1st of June due to some internal and urgent problem. My due date was 25-05-2012 but I already informed on 25-05-2012 through mail regarding my reason of not paying payment on due date. The reason was genuine. I requested to not to put any late charges on same. But still they are charging me late payment and they have given me into my current bill. then I requested with my humble to wave off my late payment but no they are not agree to wave off such amount and they are forcing me to pay such amount.
Sir/Madam, I am working in a IT firm and there were no issues of paying such amount but it is not an amount it is all services as i requested already. There must be a grace period so that any customer can pay in grace period after due date given by company.
Sir/Madam, there could be any problem for delayed but still after my request they are not cutting my late payment charges.

I would request you to help me out on same.

Kindly accept my request and note my complaint against Idea Cellular Company.

As mentioned details and information provided by you regarding my late payment charges.
I have already paid my bill for last month payment and now you are informing me that you are not going to wave off my late charges.
So, if you are doing and informing me with such response after my humble request.

Now I am informing you that I will not pay any late charges whatever came to me and will come to me and I am sure I will not continue with Idea any more near future.
And this time I am going to complaint against your such behavior and rude response.

    Respected Sir,
    I have been complaining about customer care services misbehaviour but literally failed in resolving the issue, through mails as well as customer care calls.

    It is really very sad Idea Employee by Name: Mr.Vinodh, who is working at their H.O. Khan Latif Building, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad called me on my number and to my add on connections for the delay in payment to my telephone bills through Ph.Nos.6665200 & 9848002372. It is his duty to call the customer for asking or getting payment done in case of delay, no one is denying.

    It is true that delay in payment is happening for last six months due to communication gap and non-sending the telephone bills through courier to my residence regularly and also failed in sending atleast to my emil, sometimes on my call only sending . The major fault in sending the bills, making us misunderstanding, whose bill is how much is not getting clear and clarity.

    It is very clear that I am 10 years long standing customer paid lakhs of rupees without any fail till now, company is there because of customer not else, of course giving service that does not mean to act company’s employee like “Street Rogue”, truly I am hurt so much, not satisfied with the company misbehaviour, defective, indecent, ineffective service and action, caused me much pain, injury and damage to my self respect.

    Where his behaviour is totally biased and unacceptable the way he treated me and my add on connection respected persons as “CHEATERS WHO ESCAPE BY NOT PAYING” , he has insulted and used damaged behaviour and hurted my individual self respect with his harsh and rudy voice, I don’t understand why the company employeed such a “Arrogant Employee” or the company itself encouraging them to act like this. I am not offender or cheater or else, why I should keep silent or bare when I am true and fair customer, for the delay you are charging 2%, paying you, this also happening because of your non sending bills properly in time to my residence. I am a sincere and respected person not hired to act on company’s acts and desires. I am a “CUSTOMER BUT NOT SLAVE”.

    Therefore, I expect your material action has to be taken upon the above said employee and also on company who is not eager to respond and take any action, the least botherer, keen on collecting money/biill but not keen on customers pain.
