Regarding Misleading Information

Location/place: Bhubaneswar

Name of company/service: Aircel

The customer care executive named Sunil informed me stating that recharge of 135 will lead to 150 rs balance in main account but that doesn’t happens. It served in certain dedicated account. Further the complaint number always gets busy when I call them. So kindly Help me get my money back. Thanks.
