Respected Sir,
With the reference to above mention subject that I wish you bring to your noticed that I have read an advertisement in daily” Lokmat”newspaper dated 18/05/2013 in Delton 3 G Company regarding mobile tower installation at our land (Please see the scan copy of advertisement as above).After that I have contact that advertisement number which is 08750018635 and talk to Mr sunil he says that first of all you have mention your detail address which they have check online and after 24 to 48 hours they have confirm me that whether your location is applicable for mobile tower installation or not.
Then after 3 days I have call and talk to Mr Sunil he says that they have receive the confirmation report at there network team and your location is selected for Reliance 3G tower installation and he says that company will provide you at 95 lakh advanced and 90000/- rent Per Month with 20 years agreement but first you have paid 3200/­- Rs as a registration fees which is refundable if any network connectivity problem tower is not installed at your location otherwise registration fees is not refund .And also he says that forward your property documents, photo ID and Bank A/C number scan copy at their company email id for verification. I am agreed for the same. Then I have deposited 3200/- Rs registration fees in their A/C number (Name –Mr Dharmendra kumar 32880930999 SBI Agra ), which Mr sunil SMS to me and also sent document which he want.(the scan copy of deposited slip is attached as above).After that Mr Sunil call to me and says to provide your email id for forward their company agreement related documents (Which copy is forward to you there email please see as below in enclosure). In their document they have mentioned that for security purpose you should have to pay 28000/- Rs as agreement fees which is refundable within 11 Months at 4 % interest
Then again and talk to Mr Sunil and confirm the same but he don’t give such type of information to me before depositing registration fees 3200/­- Rs. He says that this amount will refund to you with 4% interest within 11 Months. Ok I have ready to pay but I say kindly wait within one week. During the period of one week Mr Sunil Call me several of time for confirmation that whether I have ready to pay agreement fees or not. After one week I am ready to pay 28000/-Rs agreement fees but before deposited I talk to Mr Sunil and told him that after Depositing 28000/-Rs agreement fees is there any other extra charges want to pay me. He says no other extra charge will pay after depositing agreement fees. Then he SMS me A/C number Name Ms Shweta SBI 20095904030 ( Scan copy is attached as above).
After that I have talk to Mr Sunil for confirmation of deposited the amount he says that yes the amount is deposited then he says in Monday your Half advanced cheque ( 45 lakhs Rs)will be deposited in your Bank account and half advanced cheque will given you when next 2 day when our team is visited at your location for signing the agreement. Then Monday I call and talk to Mr Sunil he says that within 2 hour your cheque will deposited at your a/c but first you have receive call from our bank regarding verification please sent you’re a/c number via sms . then I sent my account number. After just 15 minutes I have receive call from the number 01165796151 and a lady speak with me she says his name is Ms Shewta and she is branch Manager in SBI she ask me to verify my a/c number , name, father, mother name address after that she says your cheque is clear within 2 hour but before you should have to pay 1% interest ( 45000/- Rs)as income tax. I have shocked I say the company ( Mr Sunil) not give me any type such information regarding the same but she says company need not know the bank rules this is income tax which you have to pay first. I say first of all I have talk to Mr Sunil then I will decided for the same. then I talk to Sunil he says that this is as per bank rule you have to pay 1% income tax for the same and deposited at their bank a/c which is already given for you. I have denied and don’t want to pay any other charges which he say and want to cancel the file and return my amount (3200+28000 Rs=31200) but he says that whether you cancel the file your amount will be deducted at 30% and which will refund you within next 30 days . I shout him and say you don’t ask me before dealing the same and also not mentioned in your agreement related documents which is provided by you but he is not ready for the same.
Hence I humble request you that this is miscommitment and fraud from Delton 3G company and there executive Mr Sunil.
Please help me regarding this case to return my amount as early as possible. I hope you have understood the problem and take necessary action for the same.
