I have placed an order of Reebok light runner red colour shoes of 9 no. in mid of Dec’2011.
2. My customer order no. is 20111213025712. The retail invoice no. is 201112141664 & the
docket no. is 81590811555256.
3. I have been delivered my ordered shoes after one month of hiccups & three wrong
deliveries in connection with size & colour.
4. Even though I was happy to have my choice shoes. But my happiness shattered as the
shoes worn out after three months of use. I am shocked, it is impossible to understand how
Reebok like brand can decay like this.
5. I as a customer felt cheated as if I would have bought the same shoes from market according
to Reebok policies, I would have got one year warranty. But here it is only 7 days of
warranty.
6. It is difficult to understand too that why Reebok is not giving the same warrant on his own
product which is sold out via Star CJ? Does Reebok has doubt on credibility or anything else?
7. Being a customer I don’t want unearth anything rather I want my problem to be sorted out.
Keeping in view the above narrated facts, I request you to consider my genuine case in my
favour & ensure that my shoes may be exchanged.
