i had purchased a Samsung led tv on 28/10/2012, of 32inch ,model no-ES6200 and its serial no-mq3e3pbc801048. i was about to get a gift(BLUE RAY DVD, a 3d movies pack)and that was to be delivered at my address withing one week bout as of now 9 moths had been passed but i didn’t get my gift till now.though during thid 9 months i had called samsung office many times they had even registered my complain even they accept their faults but still they havent taken any of actions whereas my complain no is- 8447910487
