sir i bought laptop on apr 17 2013 and problem occured on27/6/2013. iwent hp service center near by and they said that mother board gone we need two days to replace it and still they didn’t replaced motherboard ..i fed up with hp a|****** servicing i have lot of work to do i went repeatedly over der they dint say any thing iwant may lap or ineed money back …and see the quality how they wer making of laptops ..place help me to take action abt this complaint ….my lap price is 41,000
