I have purchased a HP laptop on 2nd october 2012. After few days i discovered that its charger LED glow even after shut down and battery always show the wrong timing. I had lodged the complaint in HP many times but every time they fail to resolve the problem. I asked them for the replacement but they are not replacing the laptop. Since its been 2 months since i am suffering therefore, it is requested to look into the matter and replace my laptop alongwith the compensation.
