Personal loan no – 21251593,Saving Account #xxxxxx7122.
Rs 1300 has been deducted from my saving account towards EMI return charges despite of the promise to waive (All charges relating to personal loan while making 6 months EMI payment at a time). I have the proof of telephone conversation in my smart phone. The person promised Rahul Jolly (Supervisor name Ashis Dhawan ). As per bank the loan account charges and bank account charges are different, which I agree and understand. The larger question is , the EMI return charges is for the personal loan only. While you are promising all the charges for 6 month pending EMI that should be for EMI return charges as well as for check return charges. complain already raised with HDFC bank authority. complain no.HBL=022-052-203
