I have taken one Tata Indicom Post paid connection in July-August 2013,After that sequence of activity since then –
1- Since November 2013 to till date that Sim card is out from the phone not a single usage on that number
1- For my Marriage I was moving out from Ghaziabad in month of September2013
2- In Month October 2013 I requested for Bill plan change to customer care
3- But There was no action taken
4- Month of February 2014 I again requested via email for bill plan change but again no action taken and I was keep getting bill of Rs 1200+
5- Then I requested to close my Connection via email and requested not to charge any single amount after getting email
6- Then Tata Indicom assigned one executive for this case after negotiation I paid Rs2000/- on 28 March2014 as a settlement amount and requested to provide me confirmation.
7- After taking payment online that person disappeared and there was no communication from tata Indicom
8- Again from June 2014 month tata bill collection team started calling me every day for Rs2100 payment. I requested again that I have already settled amount and now I am not using and why I am getting bill.
9- One 26 June 2014 I again sent email explaining every thing and forcefully requested them to close my connection and I will not pay any amount.
10- But Despite of my email they keep calling me from June to August every day and surprisingly every time new person I am tired of explaining the same more than 100 times. It was height of harassment for a customer
11- Now they sent me legal notice from their legal cell stating that If I will not pay they will file a criminal & civil case on me
This time I do not want them to go easily I want justice please help.
