Regarding faulty RO water purifier
We purchased a so called highly best product model RO NEW LIFE WITH UV (Surat branch) from Mr. DIWANSING T GIRASE ( Sales Executive) for Rs.15500. on date 09/06/2011 and our customer ID no. 6094911.
We were informed of the best sales service. Sadly we were disappointed. Following events will depict the same.
1) Within one month the the system stopped working. We were informed that ADAPTOR was faulty and was replaced.
2) After sometime again some malfunction occured; this time some S V got changed.
3) Later again after the system stopped, the sensor was changed.

Recently leakage started from outgoing pipe and the piece started to vibrate vigorously. This got us really frustated and we asked for a product replacement as our piece was within WARRANTY period.
The response was, as the earlier mentioned Sales Executive was not available, the decision to change the piece will be taken when he becomes available.
At present the condtion is that we don’t know whether the parts which were replaced were original or not.
Due to their negligence the warranty period has now expired, the piece remains unchanged and our complain to company remains unattended.
