Hi,
I’ll just post the mail thread I have sent to Airtel Applet authority and want to say one single thing “Airtel is wrose than any other service provider”.
I had very bad experience with Reliance but I have to say that Airtel is far more worse than Reliance.
I also want to point out this mail has been sent to Applet and I have been complaining to nodal offices before and I think they are just started to ignore me.
Also its been more than 7 day and even Applet hasn’t given me any proper solution.

While the fact is I was not contacted by anybody and that I never said that I want a new Instrument. A clear case of cheating. The airtel executive are lying. Both my landline number and my mobile are from Airtel So I ask them to check my call history for past two days ( from 15th August 2012 to 17th August 2012 till 12:30 pm) and show me who was the person who called and to whom I told that I need a new Instrument.
I’ll keep posting these thing and by this weekend I hope that I would be able send this mail thread to consumer court along with posting whole threads and all the blogs/forum available on internet.

I have been constantly registering this compliant ever since I got it installed and it seems airtel does not bother and the airtel Salesman just lies at the time of selling that the devices are under Airtel warranty for one year.
My friends are suggesting my to go to consumer court for this kind of behavior but I think I should give one last chance to Airtel and I think I should have something in written before going to court. So kindly give me an answer that why was I lied upon from your executive and why has Airtel repaired/replaced my phone instrument.
