Regarding Faulty Phone Instrument which is under warranty from Airtel and has not been been replaced after so many compliant

Hi,
I’ll just post the mail thread I have sent to Airtel Applet authority and want to say one single thing “Airtel is wrose than any other service provider”.
I had very bad experience with Reliance but I have to say that Airtel is far more worse than Reliance.

I also want to point out this mail has been sent to Applet and I have been complaining to nodal offices before and I think they are just started to ignore me.

Also its been more than 7 day and even Applet hasn’t given me any proper solution.

My friends are suggesting my to go to consumer court for this kind of behavior but I think I should give one last chance to Airtel and I think I should have something in written before going to court. So kindly give me an answer that why was I lied upon from your executive and why has Airtel repaired/replaced my phone instrument.

    So I got another call from Mrs/Ms. Neha from the number +91 8130388244
    Again saying that Airtel can’t replace the phone and I have to buy a new one.

    So finally Airtel is admitting that the warranty they say while selling the connection is a lie and thatthey just simply cheats. Now I have no other option but to go to consumer court for the same.

    thread and history of calls made to Airtel to prove this cheating and lets see
    what the penalty Airtel end up paying me.

    So I got a call from +919958010685 at 3:29 PM (GMT+05:30) on Wed, Aug 22,
    2012.
    I think his name was Harshad as he told me.
    He told me that I have to PURCHASE a new instrument and that Airtel can’t help
    me here.
    Upon asking him to send me the same statement in written he said that he can’t
    do that. but he could mail
    me on this same thread that the complaint is closed. So he was very clear that
    Airtel is not going to send me anything in written and
    that I have to pay for a under warranty instrument.

    Well no problem you guys keep lying to me and I’ll keep posting this thread and
    the updates on net and this won’t be stopping untill
    you do the right thing.
