Sir/Madam,
Freecharge.com has bad policy of failed transaction. If transaction is going to failed then they will not return money to user’s bank account. They returns in freecharge credit account which means next time user must have to make recharge from their account also.
Please take steps on it it is very ridiculous because user is tied up if transaction goes failed for recharge from them.
