REGARDING DISCONNECTION OF RELIANCE 3G CONNECTION

Dear Sir/mam,
I am Arun Kumar (mobile no:9023585611),want a lodge a complaints against Reliance World services.
I have purchased Reliance 3G Dongle with HCL Tab Dtd 15/12/2012 i.e under Scheme for Rs. 1100/- but the connection started on 19/12/2012.As per this Scheme, there is one month 3G internet Serice free. But due to Network problem, Internet Service has very poor. So I have requested for disconnection of this number dtd on 21/1/2013 and the request Number is 196575363. Inspite of giving request for disconnection, they have not disconnect that number and sent the bill in the m/o Feb 2013 & then i have gone to Reliance World, Mall Road, ASR and talk about that matter. One of the employee working there assured me that you have not required to pay the bill, as per the scheme one month net is free & they will adjust it and my Reliance Connection have disconnected.
But Today dtd on 3/08/2013, I have recevied a phone call from Delhi court, a lawyer said that a cheating & Fraud case has been filied against you for non payment of bill i.e. Rs. 1500/- if I shall not paid that bill, a fine will be imposed for Rs. 25000/-. Then I’m very stressed and leave my office work and gone to Relaince World , Mall Road office & asked about that matter, if I have already Disconnected the Number then why I’ll pay the bill for Rs. 1500/-, then they check the status about disconnection, the request that i have already given to this office but they havn’t disconnect the number.
Then I have paid Rs. 1500/- to Relaince World Office dtd 3/8/2013 as said by the Lawyer Avinash Sharma under threat which is not genuine.
So, regarding this i want to refund my payment i.e Rs 1500/- immediately and requested you to take the serious action against the Relaince World.
