I suresh singh has given the application for disconnect broadband connection on 27 April 2013. but still my bill include charges for broadband also regularly. i visit multiple time to Rajnagar Ghaziabad BSNL office and talked to senior person regarding the same. but there is no response from their side. they have not given me any receipt of submission of application.
I can’t believe such a irresponsible job by BSNL employee in Ghaziabad office. i do’t have much time to visit again and again for the same.
I am writing this mail with lots of frustration. because they have not given me any receipt for submission of application, they can easily show that thee is no application request from my side.
